Graco changed the world of thermoplastic striping with the ThermoLazer Striping System, and we've done it again with the new ThermoLazer 200TC. The premiere solution for smaller thermoplastic striping jobs. Solid steel construction, built-in die adjustment, and direct flames will give you great lines every time.

The smaller, more portable ThermoLazer 200TC (200 lb) is ideal for striping contractors who already have premelt kettle systems. The FlexDie is built with the same precision and functionality as its big brother, the SmartDie II.

    • Drum-style kettle is easy to fill
    • Corkscrew agitation aids in mixing material and improves melt times
    • No-tool change out design lets you switch colors in the field
  • Tri-Wheel System
    • Rear swivel wheel and dual-fixed wheels allow for easy maneuvering
  • FlexDie
    • Delivers excellent line quality with deep-die, all steel construction and built-in adjustability
    • Direct flames keep die ready
  • Adjustable Front Pointer
    • Easily adjust to match dies for following marks and creating straight lines
  • Bead Dispenser
    • 8.5 or 12.5 in dispenser with toolless adjustments for line width and drop rate
  • Optional Double Drop Conversion Kit
