Outside Sales Representative 

Location: Hoschton, GA

Who We Are

We’re a growing traffic control supplier serving contractors, municipalities, and public works departments. Our work directly impacts road safety and infrastructure. We’re building a performance-driven sales team and are looking for a proven producer, not a résumé talker.


Who We’re Looking For

This role is for a hunter with receipts.

You don’t just say you can sell; you can prove it with numbers. You know your quotas, close rates, average deal size, territory growth, and year-over-year performance. You understand how to build a pipeline, forecast accurately, and adjust strategy based on real data.

You’re confident prospecting new business, capable of maintaining long-term accounts, and experienced selling into construction, traffic control, road striping, signage, or a closely related industry.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and close new B2B business through outbound outreach, networking, and in-person industry events
  • Own your territory and drive measurable revenue growth
  • Maintain and expand existing customer accounts through proactive relationship management
  • Present pricing, proposals, and solutions clearly and confidently
  • Work directly with ownership and our Marketing Executive to align sales strategy with company growth goals
  • Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance in HubSpot
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service and internal teams to manage customer expectations and internal workload
  • Learn and use Fishbowl for inventory and account coordination
  • Spend time in-office as needed to understand our business, collaborate with the team, and build strong working relationships

What You Must Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, traffic control, road striping, signage, or related industries
  • A documented track record of sales performance, including:
    • Revenue generated
    • Quotas vs. actual performance
    • Territory or account growth
    • Average deal size and sales cycle

 

  • Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Confidence discussing performance data - numbers matter here
  • Ability to communicate effectively with:
    • Independent Road Striper and field crews
    • Commercial construction Project Managers and estimators
    • Executives and public works officials
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word; comfortable learning CRM and inventory systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with personal accountability for results

Hybrid Work Expectations

  • This role offers flexibility to work from home
  • Regular in-office time is required to learn our business, collaborate with the team, and build camaraderie
  • In-person presence with customers, events, and internal teams is essential to success in this role

Customer Service Rep

Pay: $18 per hour to start = 90-day review for potential increase


We’re a rapidly growing traffic control and road striping supply company looking for a strong, capable CSR who can think on their feet, support our Sales Manager, and handle a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment.

If you get offended easily, need constant handholding, or don’t like being challenged, this is not the role for you. If you’re hungry, tough, and ready to prove yourself, you’ll fit right in.


What This Job Really Is

This is a role for someone who:

  • Shows up ready to work
  • Learns fast without needing to be spoon-fed
  • Can handle direct communication (we’re a friendly team, just not sugar coaters)
  • Can talk just as comfortably with a warehouse crew as with a public works director
  • Enjoys solving problems and taking initiative instead of waiting for instructions

You’ll be the face of the company for customers coming in for will-call pickups, while also supporting outbound B2B calling, account management, and sales coordination.


What You’ll Do

  • Build real relationships with customers (no scripts, no fake enthusiasm)
  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospect new customers
  • Support the Sales Manager with quotes, follow-ups, and opportunities
  • Manage orders, inventory questions, and delivery coordination
  • Work closely with operations and warehouse teams
  • Use Excel, Word, HubSpot, and learn Fishbowl (inventory system)
  • Answer phones and pitch in with daily team responsibilities

What We Expect From You

  • Thick skin and a good attitude
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize without being micromanaged
  • 3+ years of CSR or inside sales experience, ideally in construction/industrial supply
  • Professional communication — direct, clear, and respectful
  • Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
  • Comfortable having real conversations with customers, not reading a script
  • Team-first mentality — everyone helps, everyone contributes
